Role overview
What you'll own
- moves quickly and you will usually have several requests running at once.
- We value pragmatism: knowing when a piece needs further polishing and when a good version delivered today is the right call.
- Brand system and templates
- Keep our asset library (icons, graphics, imagery) organized, current and easy to use
Requirements and eligibility
- Maintain and extend our master templates (PowerPoint, one-pagers, Word documents) so every team works from the same, up-to-date standard
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in Communication Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field
- Interest in science, life sciences or AI; no scientific background required
Preferred, not required
- Opinions on design tooling and ways of working are a plus: you will be the design specialist on the team, so you will have a real say in the tools we use and how we set them up
- Examples of event or print design (for example, brochures, posters, roll-ups, banners) are a plus
- Clear written and spoken communication in English; German is a plus
