Role overview
What you'll own
- You will gain insights on all the mentioned topics within the individual labs and discover the best practices in sponsorship of each individual domain and industry.
- You will support and enhance the information flow at the interfaces TUM and UnternehmerTUM, and the TUM Venture Labs (and the interfaces between the different labs).
- Assist in the refinement and management of our contact management system (our active sponsors and prospects) for partner & sponsor relations
- Support the team in managing the Interfaces to different labs (and cross-lab activities) and interface to UTUM TUM
Requirements and eligibility
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Finance, or related fields)
- Strong analytics skills and ability to simplify complex set of information and derive strategies and best practices.
Preferred, not required
- Experience with Salesforce, Notion, and AI tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
