What you'll own
- You will work closely with our IT and Security teams, supporting daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first SaaS environment.
- Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employees
- Support the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Provide internal IT support for Line-of-Business applications, including:
Requirements and eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
Preferred, not required
- Strong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments; first exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
