Working Student - Media Design

As Germany’s leading online lottery provider through LOTTO24 and Tipp24, and a partner of Spain’s ONCE, ZEAL combines innovation, technology, and entertainment to inspire millions of customers.

With ventures such as Freiheit+, Traumhausverlosung, Traumautoverlosung and ZEAL Ventures, the company also invests in new business models and emerging e-commerce brands.

Driven by a diverse team of 350+ professionals, ZEAL fosters a collaborative, ambitious culture focused on turning dreams into reality. You will support the Games Team in creating, preparing, and presenting game-related media assets.

That includes banners, promotional materials, and the visual presentation of our game portfolio, both internally and on social channels such as LinkedIn.

You will work closely with the Team Lead Games, the Product Manager, and the Marketing Strategist, so your work fits our brand and our product positioning from day one.

Your tasks: • Design and produce visual assets such as game banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails, and portfolio visuals. • Prepare launch materials for new games, including visuals for partner portals and marketing campaigns.

• Adapt existing assets for different formats and channels, such as mobile, desktop, and multiple languages. • Create mood boards, UI mockups, and concept visuals for internal ideation and stakeholder presentations.

• Keep our internal game portfolio, presentation decks, and content libraries up to date. • Make sure every visual reflects our brand guidelines and feels cohesive across the portfolio.

• Organize asset versions and file structures in shared tools such as Figma, Confluence, and our internal drives. • Take on ad-hoc design requests from across the Games Team and supporting departments.

What you offer us: • Currently studying media design, visual communication, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and/or Figma, or similar design tools.

• A solid grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color. • A portfolio of your design work (from studies, freelance, or personal projects) submitted with your application.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks in parallel. • Clear communication, especially when giving and receiving feedback. • Interest in gaming would be nice but experience in iGaming it not required.

• Basic knowledge of technical art, such as asset optimization or simple automation would be beneficial. • Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote would be plus.

What we offer: • A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company. • A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact.

• Trust and autonomy, no micromanagement, just confidence in your ability to deliver and excel. • Flexible work options with a hybrid setup focused on results.

• Opportunity for workations abroad using our WorkFlex tool. • Monthly mobility allowance of €30 to use on the mobility option of your choice (e.g., the Deutschlandticket), plus access to a company bike leasing program.

• Company pension scheme, provided in partnership with Degura, to support your future financial security. • Subsidized EGYM WELLPASS membership, with a contribution of only €25 per month, giving you access to a wide range of gyms and sports options across Germany.

• Monthly company events, team activities, and informal gatherings, including our popular company-wide lunches provided four days a week.
