Role overview

You'll be joining a young, passionate, and dynamic team of 17.
You will work side by side with our Chief of Staff, our recruiter, and the founders, with real ownership from week one.
You will use it daily in how we source, hire, and onboard, and you will learn what people operations looks like when it is designed around AI from the start.
Research and identify candidates for our open roles

You are in the office at least 3 days a week, Mondays included.
We are flexible on which hours, as long as they are consistent
You are not afraid to reach out to people you don't know. Writing to a stranger is interesting to you, not intimidating
You gain energy from conversations.
