When something breaks - a firewall, an integration mismatch, a regression - documentation stops. Your mission: catch it fast, fix it, and make sure it doesn't happen twice.
π Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike β’ Own technical cases end-to-end - reproduce and isolate faults across app, network, and integrations β’ Debug integrations and on-prem configs for German care software systems β’ Untangle customer-side IT issues like firewalls, proxies, and certificates β’ Monitor system health during your shift and support incident response β’ Turn recurring issues into fixes - contribute to root-cause docs and runbooks π€ Your Skillset - What you bring to the table β’ Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally in Computer Science or related - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract β’ Good Windows/Linux fundamentals and networking basics (firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS) β’ Nice to have: exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Sentry) and API/integration debugging, or eagerness to learn fast β’ Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts, calm and clear under pressure β’ German at C2 level, plus good English π± Growing together - what you can expect at voize β’ Flexible working hours because you know when you work best!
