ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Agent Apprentice, you will:

- Provide top-tier service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients

- Use agency-supplied leads to generate new business and expand your network

- Advise clients on insurance needs and recommend custom solutions

- Sell and cross-sell a full suite of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial

- Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews

- Stay current on insurance products, compliance regulations, and evolving industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

We’re looking for candidates who:

- Are fluent in both Spanish and English

- Have sales or insurance experience (preferred, but not essential)

- Possess or are willing to obtain required insurance licenses

- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Are motivated, goal-focused, and willing to learn

- Excel at client engagement and providing high-touch customer experience
