Working Student E-Commerce

Do you want to experience e-commerce not just in theory, but directly in day-to-day operations? As a Working Student in the E-commerce team, you will support us operationally with product launches, catalog management, and digital marketing campaigns. You will take on responsibility early on, work closely with the rest of the marketing team, and learn how modern e-commerce works in a fast-paced start-up environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Online Product Launches: Supporting our online product launches, tracking timelines, and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.

- Catalog & Assortment Management: Managing our product assortment and catalog, overseeing product categorization, avoiding SKU duplication, and maintaining a clean, logical assortment structure.

- Campaign Organization in Notion: Managing and organizing online campaign projects in Notion, ensuring tasks, timelines, and documentation are structured and up to date.

- E-Commerce Projects & Website Maintenance: Supporting e-commerce projects, tests, and ongoing website maintenance initiatives.

- KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Assisting with KPI monitoring, reporting, and website analysis to help identify growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- You are an enrolled university student (Bachelor's or Master's) with a genuine curiosity for start-ups, e-commerce, and digital marketing

- You are eager to gain hands-on project management experience and enjoy working with modern digital tools

- You are confident navigating and analyzing data in Google Sheets and MS Excel

- You have initial experience with Notion; prior exposure to Shopware, Hygraph, or headless CMS platforms is a big plus

- You bring strong communication skills, reliable self-organization, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

- You live in or around Berlin and look forward to collaborating regularly with the team on-site in the office

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

- Smart Working & Flexibility: Hybrid work and flexible hours that fit perfectly around your lecture schedule or exam periods. No making coffee or endless photocopying here – we trust you with real ownership from day one.

- Growth & Onboarding: You are a fully integrated team member! With your ideas, you can actively shape the future of the food retail industry in a fast-growing scale-up. You’ll receive a structured onboarding and your own MacBook for your time with us.

- KoRo Life & Extras: Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to our fitness partnerships like Urban Sports Club or FitX. You’ll also get a 20% discount in our KoRo online store and exclusive perks with partner companies. Plus, free snacks and barista coffee are always waiting for you at the office!

- Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate our milestones and successes together.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO SHARE OUR MINDSET

For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:

- You take initiative and ownership. You don't wait for a perfect brief or a mandate to get started. When you see an opportunity, a risk, or something that can be improved - you act. When things don't go as planned, you look at your own contribution first and step up, without waiting to be asked.

- You thrive in change. Shifting priorities and evolving processes don't slow you down. You adapt fast and keep moving.

- You build, you don't wait. When something is missing - a tool, a process, a solution - you create it. You prefer a working MVP over a perfect plan and iterate from there.

- You think in leverage. You question how things are done, prioritize ruthlessly, and find smarter paths to better outcomes. You don't mistake effort for impact.

- You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You collaborate in and across teams, care about the people around you, and bring sparkles to the room. You speak up when you disagree, commit fully once a decision is made, and actively make the people around you better.

Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others

The KoRo team is just as diverse as our product range! We want to keep it that way as our nut-loving team grows. That’s why we welcome all applicants regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social background, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
