Ops Intern - People Success

LOCATION:

Paris (hybrid). This role requires regular presence in our Paris office, as it involves office operations and on-site coordination.

ROLE:

Morpho is at around 85 people and growing, and the People team needs hands-on support to keep onboarding, the office and internal events running well. This 6-month internship puts you inside that work from week one, with our Head of Operations as your tutor and an automation project of your own. No People or HR experience needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and run onboarding for new joiners using our existing flows, and improve those flows as you learn them, to get every new hire set up from day one.

- Act as the point of contact with our building and workspace provider for reception, access and room bookings, to keep the Paris office running without friction.

- Handle supplies, deliveries and day-to-day vendor contact to make sure the team always has what it needs.

- Keep PTO tracking and People records clean and support expense tracking, to keep People data accurate.

- Run logistics for onsites and offsites to make team gatherings come together smoothly.

- Pick up practical requests from any team to free them up to focus on their work.

- Own one repetitive People or Ops workflow and simplify or automate it with AI or automation tools by the end of your internship.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

FIRST 30 DAYS

You have shadowed and then run onboarding for at least one new joiner. You know where everything lives and handle routine office liaison, supplies and deliveries.

FIRST 3 MONTHS

You handle the main topics on your own and bring in the team for exceptions. Office logistics run without anyone needing to chase you.

FIRST 6 MONTHS

You have shipped your automation project and left the processes you touched simpler than you found them. Teams across Morpho say you made their work easier.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

- Student in a programme that can issue a 6-month convention de stage starting January to March 2027, ideally on a césure year or in your final year.

- Native or near-native French and professional English.

- Proven use of AI or automation to remove repetitive work, from a school project, association, side project or previous internship.

- Based in Paris and able to be in the office regularly.

- Highly organised: you keep routine work on track while handling one-off requests.

- You take ownership and bias for action: you spot what needs doing and follow it through, whatever the size of the task.

- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift.

- Team-first mindset, low ego.
