As part of our internship cohort, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your business acumen, broaden your professional network, and apply your knowledge to solve complex business problems.

As a Strategy & Performance intern, you will collaborate with experienced consultants who share your commitment to continuous learning. Together, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and analytical mindset to create customized solutions for the complicated business needs that our clients face every day.

Responsibilities:Contribute to team success and participate in various roles as needed within a dynamic, collaborative environmentFacilitate small and large group meetings, communicating effectively and regularly with all project stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and decision logsConduct relevant research and analysis, and synthesize findings into compelling conclusions and recommendationsCreate high-quality deliverables that leverage qualitative, quantitative, and visual elementsQualifications:Currently pursuing a graduate degree in business (MBA preferred) with a cumulative GPA of 3.

2 or higher and an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with demonstrated ability to efficiently produce crisp, professional documentsFamiliarity with project management, change management, or product management is a plusExperience or education in information systems is a plusThis will be an in-office position in Nashville.
