You will help bring our brand to life in a way that feels real, consistent, and engaging for both employees and external audiences. In this role, you will get a front row seat to how a globally recognized company tells its story and connects with people.

Boston Dynamics is a world leader in mobile robots, tackling some of the toughest robotics challenges. For years, our awe-inspiring viral videos on YouTube have shown the world what remarkably capable robots can do.

Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics. Day to day activities: • Support internal communications through the Dynamic Hub by posting ERG events, company announcements, and key updates from executives • Sit in on trainings for new Community Managers and help support onboarding for new department pages • Assist with updates to existing pages to keep content fresh as well as useful for employees • Partner with People Ops to share employer branding initiatives, including benefits, events and culture initiatives • Help coordinate monthly Employee Spotlights by identifying and connecting with employees across the company - especially in the category of AI • Support external communications by helping field inbound requests and sitting in on interviews, media events, and weekly agency meetings • Assist with pitching media for announcements and brand initiatives • Contribute to social media - specifically TikTok and Instagram by bringing ideas, staying on top of trends, and helping with posting • Help grow our social presence while keeping a strong and consistent brand identity • Support more people focused content to strengthen our employer brand You bring: • Strong writing and communication skills • Interest in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field • Someone who enjoys storytelling and understands what makes engaging content • Organized and able to manage multiple projects on a weekly basis • A team player who is comfortable working cross functionally Nice to have: • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms • Familiarity with Internal Communications tools • Previous internship or hands on experience in communications, PR, or Marketing Travel • Occasional opportunities to attend local events or in office media events We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
