This program builds a solid foundation in sales, CRM, product knowledge, and customer engagement, while also preparing you for future leadership or specialist roles in CRM, Marketing, Operations, People, Data, or Tech.

Key Responsibilities • Learn Wine Adores product catalogue, customer journey, and CRM systems • Assist in customer communication, product recommendation, sales follow-up, and event invitations, and CRM data updates • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and leads • Support sales campaigns and engagement initiatives • Collaborate closely with the Sales team & CRM team under Sales Division as well as cross-departmental functions Requirements • Based in Bali • Indonesian citizen or permanent resident • Fluent in English • Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major (We are open to supporting a formal internship agreement (MoU) with your university as part of your academic program requirements) • Candidates with experience are welcome to apply • Eager to learn, communicative, and proactive • No wine knowledge needed (full training provided) Benefits Month 1-3: Training Allowance, Learning Module, Training Certificate Month 4-6: Full Monthly Salary & Full Employment Offer End of Year: Annual Performance Bonuses After Full Program Completion: Leadership or Specialist promotion Job Types: Full-time, Internship Application Question(s) • By applying, do you confirm that you understand this is an entry-level program with a defined learning and evaluation period?
