Transitioning from a college environment, where mentorship, collaboration, and leadership opportunities are readily available, can be challenging. The ALDP removes much of that uncertainty by providing built‑in support, guidance, and community.

My time as an intern gave me just a glimpse into that and reinforced how valuable a structured, supportive program like the ALDP can be early in your career.

In a field where progressing alongside a cohort experiencing the same challenges and taking the same exams is invaluable, I am continually grateful for the people and the support this program has provided.
