The Start of Something Great Our internship program is dedicated to the learning and networking experience with the hope that we can build a professional relationship that will last.

Our Internship Program Our internship program kicks off with a formal onboarding week at TKDA headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota. The program is a structured summer experience including formal software trainings, networking opportunities, mentorship relationships, social events, learning seminars, project shares, and much more!

At the end of the summer, some interns will be offered the opportunity to continue working part-time throughout the academic year, depending on their workload.

If you continue working with TKDA through the end of the calendar year, you will be eligible for stock contributions (vested after two years of employment) and a discretionary incentive bonus, based on company performance.
