Junior IT Service Desk Consultant Paid Internship

What you'll do

• First point of contact for IT requests with employees worldwide. -
• Onboarding new employees, including hardware preparation and granting access rights.
• Active participation in the development of knowledge management, including FAQs, procedures, and training materials.
• Installation, administration, maintenance, and documentation of IT services.

Who you are

• Good knowledge of popular computer technologies and applications
• Problem-solving skills and above-average communication skills
• Very good English
• Bachelor's degree
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week
• Student status preferred
