What you'll accomplish with us

As an Intern/Student – Compliance and Controls, you'll be at the core of our mission and contribute to a variety of exciting and rewarding projects, including:

  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of regulatory compliance activities;
  • Participate in internal control testing and process documentation;
  • Assist in preparing regulatory reports and presentations for management;
  • Conduct research on regulatory changes and assess their impacts;
  • Collaborate with internal departments at iA Dealer Services, its subsidiaries, and entities across iA Financial Group, while providing support to the First Line of Defense (1 LOD / 1A);
  • Contribute to drafting or updating policies, guidelines, and procedures;
  • Participate in reorganizing and managing information in SharePoint;
  • Support data analysis and the creation of presentations or reports using Power BI, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools;
  • Contribute to the management, analysis, and summarization of emails and information related to compliance activities.
