We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Admin team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment coordination to employee lifecycle administration. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid foundation in HR practices within a fast-paced, growing company.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Help track staff attendance, leave applications, and timesheets
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Support the preparation of HR letters, memos, and documentation (e.g. confirmation letters, employment letters)
  • Help ensure HR documentation is compliant and up to date with company policy
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin team as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned by supervisors

Requirements
