Jobs Apprentice Air India Share Copy URL Posted On Oct 13, 2026 Apprentice Air India Gurugram, India Apply on company website Job Description • Job Purpose • Support the team with day-to-day documentation, data, and record-keeping work, including preparing presentations and meeting notes.

• Help track and coordinate ongoing projects, facility contracts, and billing-related work. • The role offers learning in management and documentation systems, contract and billing coordination, and large-scale project support, along with guidance from senior team members.

B. Key Accountabilities • Help maintain and update records, files, and data in the relevant systems, keeping both physical and digital documents safe and well organized.

• Support documentation, filing, and version control as per process and compliance requirements. • Prepare presentations (PPTs) for meetings, reviews, draft and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to collect information, approvals, and updates. • Assist in tracking project timelines, status, and pending action items.

• Support preparation of simple reports, trackers, and dashboards (MIS) for the team. • Help manage facility contracts, billing records, and related paperwork.

• Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks for the team. • Assist in upkeep of records in an accurate, organized, and up to date manner in the document management system (DMS), supporting compliance with company policies and standards.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
