What you'll own
- Support the build and operation of technology systems with the tools, technologies, and processes used to support reliable and efficient technical environments.
- Interns will work alongside experienced professionals to build foundational skills in areas such as IT operations, system and network administration, cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and technical support.
- Through mentorship and practical assignments, participants will strengthen their troubleshooting and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to real-world IT and DevSecOps environments.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to build foundational skills in areas such as IT operations, system and network administration, cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and technical support.
Requirements and eligibility
- Each year SimVentions invites a select number of students to join us for our immersive 11-week paid internship program where you will experience our outstanding company culture while gaining valuable experience that you can implement into your post graduate professional career.
- SimVentions offers internship opportunities across a variety of technical disciplines, including systems engineering, software engineering, modeling & simulation, and cybersecurity engineering.
- Priority consideration will be given to returning interns and students pursuing degrees that align with our core technical areas.
- Students pursuing degrees in other fields may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Preferred, not required
- Previous experience or coursework in systems engineering, software development, or cybersecurity is a plus.
