Onsite: Torrance, CA Internship from May/June - August/September 2027 No relocation assistance or housing provided Mercury Systems is seeking a motivated and innovative Electrical Engineering Intern eager to learn, contribute, and bring fresh ideas to complex design challenges.

In this hands-on role, you’ll gain experience across the full hardware development lifecycle while working closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering team.

Job Responsibilities • Work with experienced electrical engineers to support hardware design, development, integration, and testing • Assist senior engineers in creating or updating schematics • Support the generation or revision of test procedures • Support board bring-up activities, including drafting test plans and documenting test results • Perform board bring-up activities • Generate test reports • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) Required Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline • A minimum GPA of 3.

1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process • A basic understanding of high-speed digital and analog circuitry, power management, and electromagnetic interference.

S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. government.” Preferred Qualifications • Experience or knowledge of electronic schematic software tools, such as Allegro design entry HDL or Mentor Graphics DXDesigner • General knowledge or experience in the use of digital test equipment such as digital meters, spectrum analyzer or oscilloscopes, power supplies, and soldering rework equipment to execute lab design verification test (DVT) and debug.

• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills • Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment , Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position: $17.
