What you'll own

  • Build connections with team members and senior leaders who can help you better understand our business and what it’s like to work here.
  • You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
  • You will assist users by responding to support requests through our ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving common issues, and communicating solutions effectively.
  • You will work directly with business users to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop custom solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Requirements and eligibility

  • This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.
  • You’re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
  • Required Qualifications
  • Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028

Preferred, not required

  • Experience with or coursework involving Python and/or PowerShell is preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, an interest in troubleshooting technical issues, and a desire to learn about SharePoint, Power Apps, and business process automation are essential.
  • Successful candidates will also possess strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with end users to understand and address their needs.
