What you'll own
- Assist engineers with circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout using industry‑standard tools.
- Support development of embedded control systems, including microcontroller‑based designs.
- Build and execute test plans for prototypes, components, and subsystems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanical engineering, firmware, and manufacturing.
Requirements and eligibility
- A successful candidate for Graduate Program Excellence will exhibit the following:
- College major concentration should be to achieve an BS/BA in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Industrial Design, Electro-Mechanical Engineering and/or Computer Science, with an overall GPA of 3.5 or above at the time the application is submitted.
- Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc.
- Ability to read schematics and use common lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies).
