- Assist in the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of manufacturing systems with the focus on continuous improvement related to quality and throughput capability of production equipment. Work is of a technical nature where decisions are made within general practices and procedures, where supervision is available. Assist in the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes. Study product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education Requirement: College undergraduate or graduate status with 1-3 years at an accredited college or university, pursuing an academic field of study related to Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other technological fields of study. Experience: Required Experience: Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
