This five-and-a-half-month immersive rotation gives co-ops the opportunity to work on real business problems, build production-ready AI solutions, and contribute to initiatives that create measurable impact across the company.

From week one, co-ops are embedded directly into live SharkNinja projects with real ownership, real deliverables, and direct partnership with technical and business leaders.
