Role overview

You’ll work across the full breadth of strategic finance, from partnering with business leaders to the model and reporting that make good decisions possible.
As a hands-on member of a small and mighty team, you will:
Partner with business leaders on the decisions that matter.
Work side by side with functional leaders to understand their priorities and the drivers they own, then help quantify, plan, and pressure-test the strategic shifts that move the business forward.

Clear communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to a range of audiences.
Education: Strong academic record and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Math, or another quantitatively rigorous field, with a track record of high achievement.

Direct FP&A or strategic finance experience and exposure to a B2B SaaS, software, or hardware company are each a plus, but we place most weight on raw analytical horsepower, intrinsic drive to make an impact, and enthusiasm.
Familiarity with US GAAP is a plus but not a prerequisite.
