What You Will Do: Work directly with manufacturing production floor employees, including test technicians, operators, inspectors, and quality personnel, to solve day-to-day issues and proactively work on long-term projects to eliminate recurring issues.

Analyze test failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions in partnership with our onsite advanced and industry-leading component evaluation lab.

Assist in developing and preparing test and diagnostic programs to support troubleshooting of test failures. Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Test Technicians to conduct studies related to product and test system issues.

What You Will Learn: Gain firsthand electrical engineering experience by working side by side with Manufacturing Electrical Engineers and other engineering functions in a high-paced manufacturing test environment.

Learn to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of manufacturing and testing issues, including test systems, product malfunctions, and piece part vendor quality concerns.

Develop and strengthen your ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams through daily tasks and projects. Learn critical time management and prioritization skills essential for success in the engineering field.

Understand how to plan and sequence operations for procedures, manufacturing documents, standard work, and product routings. Qualifications You Must Have: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related STEM major, with the intent to complete the degree after the internship/co-op session.

Relevant experience gained through on-the-job training, research, coursework, or projects. Qualifications We Prefer: Prior experience in manufacturing environments.

This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
