- Assist with application security reviews to identify and mitigate security and privacy risks.
- Support cloud security through the development and tuning of posture-management policies.
- Contribute to the Mergers and Acquisitions program by assessing new businesses in which Cox takes an ownership stake and helping identify and prioritize remediation of cyber risks.

What You’ll Do Support Cyber Defense initiatives, including improvements to security operations, procedures and supporting solutions, as well as threat detection and response capabilities. Support Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs to improve how the team collects and uses metrics, securely onboards new suppliers, and manages data governance and privacy policies. Assist with Security Architecture initiatives to improve data protection and enable zero-trust architectures that provision least-privilege access to Cox Automotive assets. Conduct research on a variety of cybersecurity topics. Support documentation requirements, including documenting current-state and future-state processes. Participate in Human-Centered Design sessions to capture brainstorming efforts.
