Job Description Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Management Office (PMO) Intern to help bridge the gap between complex operational knowledge and actionable documentation. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional project teams to capture, standardize, and maintain critical process documentation. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline knowledge management, ensuring that our internal operations are scalable, transparent, and easy to navigate. Job Description Job Responsibilities Knowledge Capture & Documentation Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to schedule and conduct process walkthroughs and knowledge-capture sessions. Record and document key PMO and operational process demonstrations. Utilize AI tools to transform meeting transcripts and SME input into structured draft work instructions. Refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, logical flow, and clarity for end users. Develop standardized work instructions using established PMO templates and documentation standards.
