Role overview
What you'll own
- You will bridge the gap between our project needs and vendor execution, supporting everything from influencer sourcing to contract management.
- Support checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to the Company policy
- Collect influencer contact info, quotation per the latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation
- Consolidate vendors' quotations per campaign brief and perform a comparison
Requirements and eligibility
- A recognized university degree
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, and Google Slides is a must
