Role overview

You will work alongside experienced engineers who will mentor you on real infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
Execute user onboarding and offboarding workflows — account provisioning, hardware setup, and access removal
Manage IT asset inventory — track, tag, and audit laptops, peripherals, and equipment throughout their lifecycle
Image, deploy, and prepare laptops and workstations for new hires and replacements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent self-taught/certification path (A+, Network+)
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and macOS) and common productivity tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable helping non-technical users
