Engineering and Operations Intern

We are the world’s largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, which provide a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels. The P.E.L.L.E.T. Program is a structured early-career development program designed to prepare future leaders across Enviva’s manufacturing operations.

The program includes a 12-week internship that provides hands-on experience and meaningful exposure across Enviva’s operations. May 10th - July 31st Participants will: • Work on real business projects and operational challenges while gaining exposure to the full manufacturing process—from fiber to finished product • Collaborate with teams across functions to understand how different roles contribute to safe, efficient, and successful operations • Identify opportunities to improve overall operational performance Intern Experience: • Community Service Project • Team Bonding Activities • Port/Plant Tours • Video Making Competition • Weekly Career Advice from Industry Leaders • Present Capstone Projects to Executives This position is not eligible for visa support.
