As an EPiC Intern, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients and internal business partners solve complex problems and delivering exceptional results.

You’ll contribute to client work early, supporting pieces of analysis, presentation decks, and follow-through. You’ll build trust through quality, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail.

You’ll learn by doing with rapid feedback. Project leads will give direct input, and you’ll apply it quickly. Your core consulting skills will develop through real work.

You’ll be supported by a clear system. A people leader guides your development, a mentor helps you navigate day to day, and a cohort builds connection and accountability.

Your internship will combine leading an internal initiative, shadowing and supporting client project teams, and learning about the consulting business model and industry.

Responsibilities include: While each day and project will be different, below is a list of some of the typical activities that our Interns perform on our various project teams: • Working with teams to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys • Translate business objectives into requirements to support future-state design related to people, process, or technology ensuring client needs are captured and delivered • Perform primary and secondary research tasks to provide impactful, actionable insights and recommendations • Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner • Support the drafting and development of project deliverables • Assist with critical project management tasks such as project planning and status reporting • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including leaders, in a structured manner • Build positive working relationships with project teams to ensure client satisfaction • Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network across clients and internal teams • Support engagements spanning strategy, business operations, and transformation work, adapting quickly to new industries and problem types • Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans that translate strategy into action Qualifications: • Strong desire to learn and explore the consulting industry • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written) • Demonstrated ability to expand professional networks through strategic relationship building • Comfort working across a variety of industries, functions, and project types as a generalist • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-changing organizational environments and managing multiple assignments • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new industries, tools, and methodologies quickly • Curious mindset, asks clarifying questions and checks for shared understanding • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite • Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in • Bachelor's Degree in progress, expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029 Location: • This is an onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN • Pioneer Minneapolis Office: 212 3rd Ave N Minneapolis, MN 55401 Compensation: • The expected compensation for this role will be $20-25 an hour.
