Role overview
What you'll own
- Assist with day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- Support the procurement team in obtaining and organizing supplier quotes, pricing, and related documentation.
- Assist with vendor and supplier research, onboarding, and information maintenance.
- Assist with reviewing contracts and procurement documents for completeness and accuracy under the direction of procurement and contracts personnel.
Requirements and eligibility
- Support contract administration activities, including tracking contract status, expiration dates, deliverables, and required documentation.
- & Experience
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
