SMS Apprentice

We are looking for a SMS (Systems Management Specialist) Apprentice to work as part of our Global Architecture and Operation team based in our Paris office (La Défense).

This is a great opportunity for a student looking for part-time experience in a dynamic company, with possible opportunity for permanent employment later on.

Key Responsibilities: • Installations, upgrades and resolution of the ongoing support incidents • Support for critical issues with his/her peers • Liaise with clients and/or internal departments regarding ongoing technical requests • Manage software installations and upgrades • Manage the resolution of any ongoing Support issue • Provide technical support for system issues, interfaces, data migration, upgrades and new installations • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis Experience/Qualification/Skills Required: • Knowledge of LINUX and Windows • Currently working towards a university degree in a relevant discipline • Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English • Motivated and determined • Demonstrable problem-solving skills • Intellectual curiosity AI Competencies: • Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in using them to support technical analysis, scripting, troubleshooting and documentation • Ability to write clear prompts and provide relevant context to improve the quality of AI-generated results • Basic understanding that AI-generated outputs must be reviewed, validated and tested before use About InterSystems InterSystems, a creative data technology provider, delivers a unified foundation for next-generation applications for healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain customers in more than 80 countries.
