Design, prototype, and validate assembly jigs, fixtures, and Go/No-Go inspection gauges to ensure repeatable, high-yield production.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), yield optimization projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including PFMEAs, Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN), incoming inspections, and first-article testing.
Work hands-on with technicians and assembly personnel to ensure processes are followed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Coordinate with external fabrication vendors and contract manufacturers (CMs) for custom tooling, parts procurement, and outsourced processes.
