What you'll own
- schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
- The Digital & AI Experience Intern will join the Digital & AI Experience team within Operations and gain hands-on experience solving real business problems with AI-assisted tools.
- Working with multiple Operations teams, the intern will learn how to uncover user needs, frame problems, test ideas, and turn promising concepts into practical solutions.
- With coaching from the Digital Experience team, the intern will take assigned projects from discovery through delivery and handoff, building skills in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, experimentation, and communication.
Requirements and eligibility
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2028.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and clearly summarize information.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals across different teams and functions.
