- Analyze/review product documents and requirements.
- Help build and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework.
- Explore and apply AI-assisted tools to improve test case design, test coverage, and defect analysis.
- Handle support escalation such as creating reproducible bug reports or helping troubleshoot.
- Report/manage defects.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BSc in Computer Science, Technology, or a similar field.
- Interest in software testing with a good QA mindset.
- Basic exposure to testing concepts such as manual testing and functional testing.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, enough to help write manual test cases.
- Basic knowledge of different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and browsers.
- Willingness to learn and work within an Agile team.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Robot Framework, JIRA, TeamCity, Git.
- Curiosity about or hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support testing, scripting, or documentation work.
- Exposure to advanced testing types such as integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, or regression testing.
- Interest in the cybersecurity domain, including file security, device security, or network security.

The Position
The Test Engineer Intern plays an important role in assuring the quality of the OESIS Framework OPSWAT's technology for detecting, assessing, and managing endpoint applications. As a member of the team, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle, gain hands-on experience testing real cybersecurity products, and be exposed to how the team is adopting AI tools to make testing faster and smarter.
What You Will Be Doing

What We Need From You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BSc in Computer Science, Technology, or a similar field.

- Good reading and writing skills in English.
It Would Be Nice If You Have
- Familiarity with Robot Framework, JIRA, TeamCity, Git.

- Basic knowledge of networking.
- ISTQB certification (or working toward one).
