• Contribute to Culture: Help evolve our design rituals, tools, and team culture. Your fresh perspective will be valued and encouraged. • Own Your Impact: Take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and see your work make a tangible difference.

What We’re Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • A portfolio showcasing design thinking, craft, and problem-solving across digital products.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Code, etc. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points • Experience with user research or usability testing. • Interest in product strategy or design systems. • Passion for creating inclusive and accessible experiences.

What You’ll Gain • Real-world experience shipping products to users. • Mentorship from experienced design and product leaders. • A strong foundation in product design processes and team collaboration.

• A chance to leave your mark on a growing design team. Work from office expectations: This role requires you to operate from office all 5 days in a week.
