Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a motivated Construction Management student who wants hands-on experience supporting real-world construction, installation, and manufacturing projects.

You’ll work alongside Project and Construction Managers, engineers, skilled trades, subcontractors, and vendors while gaining exposure to projects from early-stage pilots through installation and commissioning.

You are organized, curious, and comfortable learning in both field and shop environments. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and are willing to ask questions while building your understanding of project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management.

This co-op/internship is a strong fit if you want practical experience that builds a foundation for a future career in project or construction management.

What You Get To Do • Support Project and Construction Managers with the day-to-day execution of field installation and shop fabrication projects. • Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables, identifying potential delays or issues for the project team.

• Participate in site walk-throughs and inspections to observe project progress, quality, and safety conditions. • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on schedules, deliverables, and follow-up items.

• Document project progress through site photos, status reports, meeting notes, and punch lists. • Maintain punch lists and help track outstanding items through completion and project closeout.

• Support safety and quality activities on client job sites, identifying and escalating concerns when appropriate. • Assist with commissioning activities as systems transition from installation to operational status.

• Collaborate with engineers, skilled trades, and field personnel to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle. • Maintain organized project records, including reports, photos, correspondence, and other documentation.

• Follow Re and client safety requirements, including PPE and site-specific procedures, while working in field and shop environments. What You Bring To The Team • Currently enrolled in a Construction Management or related college program.

• Some familiarity with project scheduling or construction management software, such as MS Project or Procore, and CAD tools. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of construction and workplace safety practices; OSHA awareness is a plus. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams, engineers, and skilled trades.

• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technical concepts. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work on-site at our Rochester, NY and/or Rush, NY locations and at client facilities as needed. • Ability to work safely in active construction and fabrication environments, including walking or standing for extended periods, navigating stairs, ladders, and uneven surfaces, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25–40 pounds.

• Willingness to travel between job sites and shop locations as required. Preferred Qualifications • GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Previous co-op, internship, or relevant project experience.

• OSHA awareness or previous exposure to construction safety practices. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $20.00- $30.00. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.

In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
