Agile Delivery Intern - Spring and Summer 2027 US East Office (Jacksonville, FL) We exist to transform our customers and change lives About our Summer Internship Program RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization.
This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad. As an Agile Delivery Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Agile product development and delivery in a cross-functional environment.
You will collaborate cross departmentally with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to develop practical skills in delivery coordination, facilitation, communication, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Your participation in delivery planning, Agile ceremonies, and process implementation will progressively increase as your capability, judgment, and independence increase.
What You'll Do Alongside your project work, approximately 5–6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.
Identify, Develop and Apply: • Foundational Agile principles, practices, and organizational delivery processes • Appropriate responses and escalation for delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, and emerging issues • Opportunities to improve flow, transparency, effectiveness, and predictability in relation to delivery processes • Clear, concise communication for delivery status, risks, blockers, decisions, and dependencies • Experience with delivery metrics, reporting, Jira, Confluence, and other delivery tools.
Grow and Connect: • Collaborate directly with experienced Agile delivery professionals and receive regular coaching and feedback • Discover your natural talents through a CliftonStrengths assessment • Develop presentation skills, communication, and professional presence through workshops and intentional projects to showcase your learned skills and abilities • Collaborate on a group innovation project that spans the full 12 weeks • Hear directly from RF-SMART leaders in our Meet the Leader series—interactive sessions covering career paths, industry insights, and real advice • Build your network at our intern alumni panel and networking mixer • Participate in volunteer events, National Intern Day, and company-wide activities • Access LinkedIn Learning throughout the summer What You Bring: • Interest in process improvement • Demonstrated leadership skills • Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship • Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours • Available to work 40 hours per week in-office • Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship Program Details • Duration: May 10, 2027 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks) • Hours: 40 hours per week • Pay: $25/hour • Location: Jacksonville, FL • Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and May/Spring graduates Why You’ll Love It Here The RF-SMART Internship Program exists to partner with students to equip them with the skills they need to become successful professionals while they complete meaningful work at RF-SMART, while supporting our mission of transforming our customers and changing lives.
