Requirements and eligibility

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences
- Operational and product-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

As a Crypto Operations Intern, you will serve as a technical product and operations expert, owning processes critical to maintaining Robinhood’s crypto products while supporting product teams in improving and scaling our offerings.
You’ll partner with specialized subject-matter experts on the operations desks—including Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, Product Operations and Risk Management—to identify optimization opportunities, support critical day-to-day processes, and provide feedback loops that inform product development.
You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure operational readiness, efficient processes, and a seamless customer experience.

The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
