Role overview

This internship provides hands-on exposure to program management, content strategy, knowledge management, communications, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity in a fast-growing cybersecurity software company.
The intern will contribute to projects that help customer-facing teams operate more consistently, communicate CoE value internally and externally, and access reusable resources that improve customer outcomes.
The specific project mix will be scoped to the intern's strengths and current business priorities, drawing from any of the three program areas below rather than a single fixed workstream.
As a Center of Expertise (CoE) Program & Content Intern, you will help the Customer Experience Center of Expertise scale expertise, strengthen internal and external communications, and build reusable enablement resources.

Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Operations, or a related field at an accredited college or university
Curious, structured thinker who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear plans, workflows, content, and insights.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong writer, able to adapt tone across internal playbooks, external-facing collateral, and executive summaries.
