What you'll own
- In the Customer Success Internship, you’ll work with satisfied customers on renewing their contacts.
- You’ll call expired accounts to win them back and manage team inboxes.
- You’ll shadow our Customer Success Specialists here as well, finding out how to upsell and cross-sell whenever there’s an opportunity.
Requirements and eligibility
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited college or university
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to learn about technology
