What you'll own
- You'll get exposure to real project schedules, resourcing, and customer coordination- a great foundation for anyone interested in a project management career, no technical background needed.
- Assist project managers in building and maintaining project schedules and status trackers
- Help prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Support resource and timeline tracking across multiple active projects
Requirements and eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic PM tools (we'll train you on our specific systems)
