Role overview

You'll support our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs) as they help customers get the most value out of their data protection and resilience solutions.
Shadow TAMs during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn how technical relationships are managed
Shadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements
Help prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings

This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer success, technical relationship management, and enterprise IT environments — no prior product experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A genuine interest in technology and customer relationships
