Role overview
What you'll own
- You will start close to the work and take ownership quickly.
- Within your first weeks you will run one of our core workflows end to end, for example:
- Supplier order confirmations.
- Own the daily unconfirmed-orders queue: chase suppliers, resolve blockers (stock-outs, pricing mismatches, substitutions, delayed dispatch), and keep confirmations inside our 24 business hour SLA.
Requirements and eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Econometrics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
Preferred, not required
- Interest in B2B hardware, IT procurement, or marketplace operations is a bonus, not a requirement
- Familiarity with catalogue, PIM, or ERP systems is a plus
