Operations & Logistics Intern - Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Operations and Retail team in the areas of logistics management, product branding, inventory coordination, and quality control.

The intern will assist in ensuring that apparel and other merchandise are received, branded, checked, packed, and delivered according to the required quality standards and timelines.

This role will provide practical exposure to supply chain operations, vendor coordination, inventory management, branding processes, and quality assurance.

Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 29th Aug'26 and 3rd Oct'26 • are available for duration of 6 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 18,000 - 20,000 /month Deadline: 2026-09-28 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation Skills required: Branding, Merchandising, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Logistics Management Other Requirements: • • Assist in coordinating the receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of apparel, merchandise, and other products.

• • Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, printers, embroiderers, and logistics partners. • • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of products.

• • Assist in preparing packing, dispatch, and delivery. • • Coordinate the branding of apparel and merchandise, embroidery, printing, patches, and other logo applications.

• • Ensure that approved logos, artwork, colours, sizes, and positioning specifications are followed correctly. • • Coordinate with branding vendors and follow up on production timelines.

• • Assist in checking samples before proceeding with bulk branding or production. • • Conduct quality checks on apparel and merchandise before acceptance and dispatch.

• • Check garments for defects such as stains, damage, incorrect sizing, poor stitching, printing defects, or embroidery issues. • • Identify defective or non-conforming products and report them to the concerned supervisor or vendor.

• • Ensure that only approved and quality-checked products are packed and dispatched. • • Good organisational and coordination skills. • • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.

• • Familiarity with apparel branding, printing, embroidery checking will be an added advantage. • • Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
