Client Servicing Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Manage and maintain 70+ Razorpay QR codes and related payment reports.

Monitor weekly transactions and identify payment discrepancies.

Handle small and medium-sized clients and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with clients regarding machine issues, service requests, and site visits.

Coordinate machine installations with clients and internal/field teams.

Follow up on pending payments and coordinate invoice-related activities with the Finance team.

Track monthly rental billing and send payment reminders to clients.

Verify refill reports and investigate quantity or transaction mismatches.

Maintain good relationships with smaller clients and ensure timely issue resolution.

Support the team with wholesaler outreach and coordination.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers for operational activities.

Stipend

INR₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month
