Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Understanding the business model and its legal requirements. 2. Conducting legal research to propose and finalize the legal policy for SIC and its various business segments and brands.

3. Assisting senior advocates when required. 4. Representing SIC by participating in business events, seminars, and exhibitions. 5. Explaining SIC's terms and conditions and legal policy to vendors being onboarded.

6. Preparing legal agreements between SIC and its vendors (service providers or consultants). 7. Explaining policies to potential clients and collecting relevant information or data from them.

8. Drafting and preparing agreements for SIC and its clients. 9. Analyzing legal risks and providing advice to SIC and its clients. 10. Drafting and dictating legal matters related to cases.

11. Conducting legal research and due diligence investigations related to the work of SIC and its clients. 12. Drafting SIC's depository. 13. Answering clients' queries.
