As a Business Development (Sales) Intern at Harvinn Technologies, you'll support day-to-day sales activities, communicate with prospective clients, and help the team keep opportunities organized from first contact through follow-up.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research and identify potential prospects using information provided by the team, then maintain accurate contact and outreach records.
2. Draft clear, professional emails and messages, and make follow-up calls using confident spoken English. 3. Support initial conversations by asking relevant questions, listening carefully, and sharing approved information about Harvinn Technologies.
4. Help prepare for sales meetings by organizing prospect details, updating notes, and coordinating next steps with team members. 5. Track leads, outreach activity, and pipeline updates in MS Excel, keeping data accurate and easy to review.
6. Assist with proposals, presentations, and other sales materials by checking details and tailoring content to prospect discussions. 7. Observe negotiations and help the team follow up on agreed actions, building practical sales management and communication skills.
